The Education Testing Council (ETC-HEC) and Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU), Islamabad, have signed an MoU to conduct the Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT) for Fall 2026 admissions.

Under this collaboration, USAT will serve as the admission test for QAU’s undergraduate programmes.
