The Education Testing Council (ETC-HEC) and Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU), Islamabad, have signed an MoU to conduct the Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT) for Fall 2026 admissions.
Under this collaboration, USAT will serve as the admission test for QAU’s undergraduate programmes. To facilitate students nationwide, ETC-HEC will conduct the test in 12 cities across Pakistan under six USAT categories, ensuring greater accessibility and a transparent, merit-based admissions process.
Dr. Amir Waseem, Chairman Admissions Committee, and Dr. Muhammad Imtiaz Haider, Consultant, Education Testing Council, ETC, HEC, signed the document. Mr. Humayoun Khan, Additional Registrar, QAU, and Senior officials from the admissions office attended the ceremony.
