Melodious Night at QAU

The Debating & Literary Society of Quaid-i-Azam University organized an Inter Departmental Singing Competition (Melodious Night) with an aim to promote young talent in the field of performing art.

Tauqeer Nasir, Director General, Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA) was the chief guest on the occasion while Khadija Haider and Jam Babar, well known artists were invited as the Special Guests/Judges.

Tahira Abbasi, Department of Psychology secured the Ist Position while Noman, Department of Biological Sciences and Ashar, Department of Earth Sciences grabbed the 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.

Vice Chancellor, QAU, Prof. Dr. Masoom Yasinzai attended the program as the guest of honor and appreciated the efforts of Debating & Literary Society for organizing such a wonderful event. A large number of student, faculty and staff members attended the Musical Night.
