Marka-e-Haq: Seminar and Poster Presentation Held at Department of Chemistry Quaid-i-Azam University

The Department of Chemistry, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, organized a seminar and poster presentation titled “Marka-e-Haq: Strength, Unity and Honor”. The event was held to pay tribute to the courage and resilience of the Pakistan Armed Forces and to highlight the nation’s unity, determination, and resolve during the developments of May 2025.

Dr. Masood-Ur-Rehman Khattak, Assistant Professor at International Islamic University Islamabad and a South Asian security and strategic studies expert, delivered a comprehensive lecture. He underscored the strategic role of the Armed Forces in countering external threats, and the spirit of national cohesion that characterized Marka-e-Haq. He particularly highlighted the sacrifices that safeguarded national sovereignty and noted that the events of May 2025 reflected the collective resolve of the nation and the Armed Forces’ steadfast commitment to what he described as the “Battle of Truth.”

The seminar was followed by a student poster presentation session, where participants showcased thematic displays emphasizing national unity and paying tribute to the Armed Forces. The event drew active participation from faculty members, research scholars, and students from BS, MPhil, and PhD programmes. The initiative successfully fostered a sense of patriotism, encouraged academic engagement, and promoted civil-military harmony.
