Achievements of P&D Directorate in Last Eight Years

1. Approval of Mega PSDP Project “Provision of Academic & Research Facilities, and Girls Hostel at QAU Islamabad” for the university from the CDWP with a cost of Rs. 2.074 Billion.
2. Approval and successful completion of the project “Digitization of Thesis and Rare Books Collection at DRSM Library, QAU” for the university from Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA).
3. Approval of the project “Establishment of Business Incubation Center at QAU” for the university from Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA).
4. Approval from the CDWP and almost successful completion of PSDP Project “Expansion Program of QAU, Islamabad” having cost of Rs. 856.343 Million.
5. Approval and successful Completion of 300 seaters girls hostel project at QAU from Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) having cost of Rs. 60.0 Million.
6. Approval and successful completion of two computer labs project for hostel students at the university from Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA).
7. Successful Completion and Closing of PSDP Project “Upgradation & Strengthening of QAU, Islamabad, Phase-II” having cost of Rs. 485.457 Million.
8. Approval of Installation of 200 feet high Flag of Pakistan and 30 x 30 wide Map of Pakistan at QAU campus through donation from a donor.
9. Successful Completion and Closing of PSDP Project “QAU Botanical Garden for Evaluation & Conservation of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants” having cost of Rs. 36.453 Million.
10. Successful closing of all PSDP Projects of the university which were pending for years.
11. Got fund release of more than Rs.1500 Million from HEC for PSDP Projects of QAU.
