Quaid-i-Azam University is maintaining its legacy of being No. 1, whether in academics or co-curricular activities. In the recent Capital Youth Expo at Pak-China Friendship Center, Quaidians competed with numerous institutions of twin cities, showcasing their potential while managing exams. Chairman HEC and other distinguished guests graced this mega event.
Zain Ali from the Department of Physics won the 1st position in the Project Exhibition competition with his outstanding work in tech. He developed a Machine Learning model that can predict solar storms 3 hours in advance using faulty NASA satellites.
In the Law Moot Court, Sachal Nawaz, Tehreem Bakhtawar, and Naseem Bhatti won 1st position in the competition out of 32 teams from different institutions, along with Tehreem won the award of best speaker.
Imtiaz Khalid (President, Mathematics Society) and Noor Fatima from Chemistry won the 1st and 2nd positions, respectively, in the essay writing competition. Numerous Quaidians received talent tribute awards for their academic achievements.
