QAU Observed International Women’s Day

Quaid-i-Azam University students, faculty, staff and alumni gathered to celebrate International Women’s Day here on Monday. In this regard a rally organized by the Directorate of Student Affairs (DSA) was also held. While addressing the rally Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ali, Vice Chancellor, Quaid-i-Azam University said the role of women in national development and prosperity cannot be denied. He conveyed his sincere wishes to all women who work at QAU. The Vice Chancellor said the University has taken a number of initiatives to maximize female student participation in extracurricular activities and to encourage them for executive and leadership roles.
