Verification Fee

1. Rs. 1620/- per copy of Degree/Transcript issued by QAU or its affiliated colleges/institutes.
2. 36$ per copy of Degree/Transcript issued by QAU or its affiliated colleges/institutes in case of sending the documents abroad.
3. Rs. 1620/- for countersignatures of Transcripts issued by affiliated institutes i.e Health Services Academy/Alshifa Trust Eye Hospital, Army Medical College & Army School of Logistics.

Services of Section

1. Conduct of Examinations of affiliated institutes i.e moderation/issuance of date sheets & roll no. slips etc.
2. Issuance of results notifications.
3. Notification for award of MS/Phd Degrees.
4. Preparations& countersignature of transcripts/semester result Card.
5. Verification of Degree/transcript issued by QAU and affiliated institutes.
6. Dealing with cases of Diploma/BS/MS & Phd. (once students are enrolled/registered till finalization of programme.)
7. Correspondence with affiliated institutes.
8. Placing the student cases before the AS&RB i.e extension cases, submission of evaluation reports & title of dissertation etc.
9. Forwarding the degree cases of affiliated institutes to Degree section for issuance of degree.
10. Record maintenance.
