Pakistan Journal of Social Sciences launched at QAU

The launching ceremony of the “Pakistan Journal of Social Sciences” was held here on Tuesday at Taxila Institute of Asain Civilizations (TIAC), Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU).Dean Social Sciences (QAU) Prof. Dr. Naveed-i-Rahat presided over the launching ceremony. While addressing the audience she congratulated the editorial team on successful launch of the Journal and said that it would be a great step to promote research and study in social sciences.

Earlier Dr. Razia Sultana, Chairperson Department of History and Editor, Pakistan Journal of Social Science highlighted the aims, objects and basic idea behind the initiative. She said the journal would provide a platform and opportunity to Social Scientists as well as young scholars and students to share their insightful and valuable research work. She said the Journal would cover all the spheres of Social Sciences and will be published once a year.
