Four-Day International Workshop on Microsoft Technologies held

The Institute of Information Technology (IIT), Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU), in collaboration with ORIC, QAU and Muxbay International, successfully organized a four-day international workshop on Microsoft Technologies. This event marked the first phase of the groundbreaking Pak-Finland Capacity Building Collaborative Initiative, aimed at fostering technological expertise and innovation.

The opening ceremony was graced by the presence of Prof. Zafar Nawaz Jaspal, Dean, FSS. The workshop brought together a diverse group of participants, including students, faculty members, and industry professionals, all eager to enhance their skills in cutting-edge Microsoft technologies.

The closing ceremony was chaired by the Vice Chancellor QAU, Prof. Niaz Ahmad Akhter, along Prof. Dr. Tasawar Hayat, Dean FNS and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ishtiaq Ali, Director, ORIC. The Vice Chancellor while addressing the event, highlighted the importance of such initiatives in bridging the gap between academia and industry, and in preparing the next generation of tech leaders.
