Incharge of OSFA:
Establishment Section that was transpired in the year 1973 after its severance from Administration Section which (the latter) was incepted at the very outset (1967) of the Quaid-i-Azam University; the then University of Islamabad. Primarily, the Section deals with Human Resource Management / Cycle Process:.
It executes the ensuing errands:-

- Recruitment & Selection
- Appraisal and Performance Management
- Reward Management
- Human Resources Development
- Employee Relations
Besides, the Section caters liaison, ministerial and logistic support to its teachers and employees by being an interface between them and the national and international communities both on and off shore in order to support the Registrar Office in imparting quality education – the mission of an alma mater, which is viable only when the alma mater has apt tools and techniques of hiring adequately qualified and skilful academicians and veteran administrative chunk the real capital for a learning organization.
