Here’s the step-by-step format for remitting your admission fee of 12,000/- PKR to Quaid-I-Azam University Account.

If you prefer to pay online:-

1. Enter the account details provided below:

Quaid-i-Azam University

Account Name: HBL (Habib Bank Limited)

Miscellaneous Grant Account Number: 02940051008101 

1. Enter the amount of 12,000 PKR as the payment.
2. Review the transaction details and confirm the payment.
3. Wait for the payment confirmation message or receipt from your online banking platform.

If you prefer to pay on Campus:-

1. Visit the designated payment location on Campus.
2. Inform the staff that you would like to remit your IELTS Program admission fee.
3. Provide them with the account details mentioned below.

1. Pay the admission fee of 12,000/- PKR in cash or through the accepted payment methods on Campus.
2. Collect the payment receipt from the staff as proof of payment.

If you choose to pay at your Local bank:

a . Go along to your local HBL bank and deposit the amount of 12,000/- PKR into the following bank account:

b . Submit the payment to the bank cashier and write “IELTS Fee” on deposit receipt

c . Collect the payment receipt from the cashier as proof of payment.

Once you have successfully made the payment, Email your admission receipt to the Quiad-I-Azam University Email address:-

ielts@qau.edu.pk

Attach the payment receipts to it.
Address the email to the provided email addressee.

In the email, mention the following details to help us identify you:-

Full Name
Father’s Name
DOB
CNIC Number
Cell Number

Double-check that you have attached the correct payment receipt before sending the email.

Click on the “Send” button to submit the email.
Keep a copy of the email and payment receipts for your records.”
