Overview Assessment of the country framework and WB ESS to identify the major gaps between environmental and social systems in Pakistan and WB ESS. The Overview Assessment will look at legislation, institutions, and related implementation capacity at the federal and provincial level and identify the aspects of the national framework that can be strengthened as well as inform the design of capacity-building measures in CDP and other opportunities to bring country’s E&S risk assessment and management system closer to and materially consistent with the ESF and other international best practices.
