Certificate distribution ceremony of French language course

A certificate distribution ceremony of French Language course was held at Quaid-i-Azam University. The language course was organized by Department of Microbiology in collaboration with Alliance Francaise, Islamabad. The course was attended by four faculty members and 16 M.Phil and PhD students.

QAU Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Masoom Yasinzai distributed the certificates among successful students. While addressing the ceremony, he appreciated the organizers for providing the students a valuable activity of learning and understating the French language and culture.

The activity was organized to utilize summer break in an efficient way and learn another foreign language whose knowledge would be beneficial for students wishing to pursue their studies in European Universities and avail French/European scholarships. French is an important international language spoken by over three-hundred million people in five different continents.
