Botanical Labeling of Campus Trees

The Department of Plant Sciences has organized an event of “Botanical Labeling of Campus Trees” on 25th June 2013 to enhance understanding of floral diversity. The main objective of this event was to generate awareness and interest among the students, researchers, faculty members and visitors about the correct identification of trees on the campus. The Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Masoom Yasinzai inaugurated the event and lauded the efforts of Plant Science’s faculty and students.
