Administrative Sciences Department defeated Shaheen Club

in the 4th Quaidian League Football Tournament 2009-10.

Executive foot of Administrative Sciences Department defeated Shaheen Club (Department of Economics) in the final by 2 goals in the 4th Quaidian League Football Tournament 2009-10.

A total of 25 teams participated in the week long sporting event that witnessed thrilling and exciting matches in which students enthusiastically put in their efforts to reach the victory stand.

Vice Chancellor of Quaid-i-Azam University Prof. Dr. Masoom Yasinzai, Registrar, Dr. Shafeeq-ur-Rehman, Dean Social Sciences, Prof. Dr. Naveed-e-Rahat, Dean Biological Sciences, Professor Doctor, Mir Ajab Khan distributed winning trophies and cash prizes among members of the winner and runner-up teams.

Addressing the prize distribution ceremony the QAU Vice Chancellor said that sporting events not only help students achieve academic excellence but also develop spirit for team work, effective communication and decision making.

He also gave away trophies to winners in girls events of cricket, badminton, and table tennis.
