3-days hands-on training workshop on Real-Time PCR

A 3-days hands-on training workshop on Real-Time PCR was organized by Department of Biochemistry with the support of Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization (ORIC). The workshop covered Key Concepts of qPCR Assay Design, qPCR Data Analysis and Applications of qPCR in Research & Diagnostics. Prof. Dr. M. Ansar and Dr. M. Rizwan Alam facilitated the workshop which was attended by 26 participants from different universities of Pakistan.

The Dean of Faculty of Biological Sciences, Dr. Safia Ahmed was invited as Chief Guest in the closing ceremony. Manager ORIC (Dr. Naima), Director Student Affairs (Dr. Mariam Anees) and Chairman & Faculty of Department of Biochemistry also attended the closing ceremony to share words of appreciation & motivation for the organizers and the participants.
