The inaugural session of the 1st International Conference 2025, organized by the Quaid-i-Azam School of Management Sciences (QASMS) and the Quaid-i-Azam Finance Society (QAFS) was successfully held on the theme “Sustainability, Innovation, and Climate Change: Transforming the Business Landscape”, the conference served as a landmark event, bringing together leading minds to address some of the most pressing global challenges of our time.

Dr. M. Irfanullah Arfeen, Director of QASMS, welcomed the guests and speakers. The event was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, Prof. Dr. Zafar Nawaz Jaspal, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, who commended the organizers for hosting such a timely and impactful conference. Prof. Dr. Sohail Yousuf, Director of QEC, QAU, and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ishtiaq Ali, Director, ORIC, QAU, delivered keynote lectures, emphasizing the critical importance of sustainability, innovation, and climate change in reshaping the global business landscape. Their talks highlighted the need for transformative strategies to address environmental, social, and economic challenges. Additionally, Dr. Muhammad Jamal Haider and Dr. Ihsan delivered insightful presentations. Dr. Waseem Abbas, the chief organizer of the conference, expressed his gratitude to all guests, speakers, and attendees for their contributions.

The inaugural session witnessed enthusiastic participation from the Director and Registrar, faculty members of Alhamd Islamic University and a large number of students and academics. Their active engagement enriched the discussions, making the event a resounding success.
