The Department of Anthropology at Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA), which is working under the Ministry of National Heritage and Culture. The signing ceremony was graced by the esteemed Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmed Akhter, S.I., and the Director General of PNCA, Mr. Ayoub Jamali. Department of Anthropology was represented by Chairperson, Dr. Inam Ullah Leghari, accompanied by Dr. Saadia Abid, Dr. Waqas Saleem, and Dr. Ikram Badshah. Dr. Salma Malik, Director of External Linkages, co-ordinated and attended this significant event.

This MoU aims to foster cooperation and build linkages between the two governmental bodies, both committed to the promotion and advancement of Arts and Culture.
