A delegation from Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU), led by Rector Prof. Vilayat Valiyev, visited Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU), Islamabad. AzTU is recognized as one of the premier institutions for technical education in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

During the visit, Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmed Akhtar (S.I.), Vice Chancellor of Quaid-i-Azam University, and Prof. Vilayat Valiyev, Rector of Azerbaijan Technical University, signed a Memorandum of Understanding to foster collaboration in academic and research programs.

The delegation was warmly welcomed by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ishtiaq Ali, Director Academics / ORIC, QAU. The Director provided an overview of QAU’s academic and research initiatives. The event was also attended by distinguished faculty members including Prof. Dr. Zafar Nawaz Jaspal, Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences, Prof. Dr. Sohail Yousaf, Dr. Salma Malik, Director External Linkages, and Prof. Dr. Aziz ur Rehman, Chairperson of the School of Law.
