The Department of Animal Sciences is organizing a one day conference on 'The Thyroid Gland: understanding basic and clinical aspects' on 25th May 2012 in association with the World Thyroid Day. The conference seeks to focus on recent developments of basic and clinical aspects of the thyroid function to create public awareness about importance of this endocrine gland. The venue for the conference will be the conference room of the DRSM Library Quaid-i-Azam University.
