The School of law, Quaid-i-Azam university has organized one day seminar on 29th of May, 2015 at SPIR auditorium. The topic of seminar is Criminal Justice System in Pakistan. This seminar is intended to provide an introduction to the structure and procedure of criminal law. The purpose of the seminar is to provide an exposure to the students on the investigation process, trial proceedings, admissibility of evidence in criminal cases and post-trial proceedings. The Seminar represents a unique opportunity to acquire a deep understanding in the coordination of various stakeholders involved in the criminal justice system in Pakistan i.e. Police, courts, corrections, prosecution and defense.
