Chinese Delegation Visits Herbarium of Pakistan
A delegation from Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IBCAS) visited Herbarium of Pakistan, Department of Plant Sciences, Quaid-i-Azam University. Institute of Botany is a key laboratory, research center under Chinese Academy of Sciences. The honorable Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Masoom Yasinzai and Dean, Faculty of Biological Sciences Prof. Dr. Asghari Bano welcomed the delegates in Herbarium. Plant Taxonomists of Herbarium QAU and delegates from China discussed a number of opportunities of joint projects including exchange of M.Phil and Ph.D students in Pak-China joint research and to compile flora of Northern Pakistan.
